CCC's primary trainer, Adam Coker, is not your average "Computer Guy". He genuinely desires to teach those around him. Classically trained in Human Interaction and Communication Theory, he seeks to build upon each client's understanding of the tools and processes that they use in the fulfillment of their task. He patiently teaches through analogy and metaphor seeking to illustrate odd or new concepts to users in terms that they understand.
