When we began working together the staff of Southern Heritage were limited rather than propelled by their technology. There were many aging stations, the website was out-of-date and provided limited functionality. Security and back-ups were not a major concern.

Now they have an automated back-up solution, as well as automated security programs and protocols in place. We have updated the website to now include the option of online ordering for their customers. We have cleaned and updated the existing systems, and we utilized existing equipment to provide the staff with secured wireless connectivity.

Southern Heritage® has come from servicing 12 accounts in Mississippi to over 900 schools and churches in 19 states as of the fall of 2009. We have always been acclaimed for our industry-leading service, and now with our new computer network, customized software, online ordering, and additional cold storage facilities around the southern U.S., we are poised to set the standard even higher.
